Using the service
Use the service for lawful requests and provide accurate information. Do not use the website, uploads or messaging to harm others, interfere with the service or submit abusive material.
Scope and quotes
Work begins from an agreed scope and quote. Review the requirements and raise questions before paying the deposit. Changes to requirements may require a revised scope, timeline or price.
Deposits and payment
The tracking page shows the quote, deposit and remaining balance. The current workflow divides the quoted total into a deposit and a balance and provides PayNow payment instructions. Marking a payment as sent is a claim for manual confirmation, rather than confirmation that funds have been received. Follow the payment stages shown for your project and the accepted quote.
Client responsibilities
Provide requirements, necessary access and feedback in a timely manner. Make sure you have the permissions and lawful rights needed for material, accounts and systems you ask us to use. Tell us about constraints or changes that may affect delivery.
Delivery and revisions
Project status, messages and deliverables are available through the tracking page. The service opens a three-day revision-request window when a project is marked delivered. The tracking page shows the applicable deadline. The agreed scope determines what counts as a revision; additional work may need a new agreement.
Ownership and third-party services
Ownership and licensing arrangements are set by the accepted quote or written agreement. Third-party software, assets and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Availability and responsibility
The website and its operational dependencies may be unavailable during maintenance or interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Use the contact channels below if an interruption affects your project, and do not use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.
