This policy covers the LangXStudio website and client services. Product-specific policies are published separately on each product's page.
Information you provide
We receive the details you submit about a project, including its description, requirements, deadline and contact information. If you create an account, we also receive the account information needed to identify you and connect your requests. Files you upload, messages, feedback and any review proof you submit are stored as part of providing the service.
Information recorded by the service
The service records authentication and session information, request status history and operational audit records. Audit records can include an IP address, user-agent information and details of the action taken. Hosting and application systems may also keep ordinary server logs for operation and troubleshooting.
Payments
The website displays PayNow instructions and records payment claims and confirmation status. Payments are confirmed manually. The website does not collect card details through a card processor.
How information is used
We use this information to understand requests, prepare quotes, deliver work, communicate about progress and provide support. We also use operational information to secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
Service providers and communications
Hosting and database services process information needed to operate the site. Google authentication and email sign-in are available through the site's account system. Microsoft services support email delivery and the associated service authentication. Where applicable, request information and messages are relayed through Telegram, and project communications may be sent through Carousell or email. These providers process information under their own terms and policies.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to provide and document the service. You can ask about access, corrections or deletion through site feedback or Telegram. We will discuss your request and any information still needed to operate or document an ongoing engagement.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls for account and project information. No website, storage system or communication channel can promise absolute security. Please avoid sending credentials or other sensitive material that is not necessary for the agreed work.
